If you have been charged with this crime, Kimberly will work to prove your innocence and fight any attempt to characterize you as a criminal.

Georgia Laws Regarding Masturbation for Hire

Georgia law (O.C.G.A. 16-6-16) states that “a person, including a masseur or masseuse, commits the offense of masturbation for hire when he erotically stimulates the genital organs of another, whether resulting in orgasm or not, by manual or other bodily contact exclusive of sexual intercourse or by instrumental manipulation for money or the substantial equivalent thereof.”

The state of Georgia also codifies (O.C.G.A. 16-6-17) the crime of “giving massages in place used for lewdness, prostitution, assignation, or masturbation for hire.” This offense is defined as occurring when “any masseur or masseuse” massages “any person in any building, structure, or place used for the purpose of lewdness, assignation, prostitution, or masturbation for hire.” It defines “masseur” as “a male who practices massage or physiotherapy, or both” and “masseuse” as “a female who practices massage or physiotherapy, or both.”
